In the Italian Renaissance hillside village, riders on Escape from Pompeii flee the volcanic eruption of Mt. Vesuvius on a boat -- amid constant rumbling, crashing beams, a ceiling engulfed in flames, and a five-story plunge. Over in the Bavarian Village, the Curse of DarKastle ride goes through dizzying drops, dense fog, shattering ice, and dazzling pyrotechnics as it journeys through a grand Bavarian castle frozen in time. Costumed actors add extra fun to the theme areas.

Situated on 100 action-packed acres, Busch Gardens has more than 50 rides and attractions, with something special for all ages. It also has a small walk-through nature area that features gray wolves and other endangered animals.
